Ultra-Strength Fused Corundum Castable for FCC Eaf Roof Industry Furnace

Ultra-strength, thermal resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion and erosion resistance

Characters:
A density-corundum based, high grand castable, consist by HAB-22A (wet, pink) and HAB-22B (dry, white). Mixing these two parts with the ratio 1: 1, then full mixed with 5-6% water additives before installation. The performance of this product is better than other similar products at home and abroad.
Applications:
For fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCC) in hydrocarbon processing, circulating fluidized bed boiler in power plant, desulfurizing furnace and its burner, outlet of cement kiln, reheating furnace, forging furnace, electric resistance furnace, etc.
